WORKSPACE MEDITATION
WorkSpace Meditation was founded by Arian Young,
an irreverent former Tibetan Buddhist Nun and Wellness Coach. Training executives
and professional groups for over ten years, she recognised that we spend most of our waking
hours at work. It made sense that corporations and organisations don't have time for a
traditional approach to meditation. Arian's insight as an Executive Meditation Coach, brings
meditation into the 21st century WorkSpace, so that the busy on-the-go 24 hour - 7 day
professional, becomes more proficient and creative in the way they manage workplace stress.
Enlightened companies are recognising the importance of workplace wellness. They can now aspire
to have self-aware people and better leaders through meditation training, without a radical change
to their daily schedule. Our non-religious corporate meditation training, teaches practical and
effective tools that help people to focus their minds and assist them to
effortlessly become, more productive and aware.
This supports optimal performance and influences postive change.
Our WorkSpace Meditation training tools are diverse in range,
appeal to a broad cross section because of their accessible and simple nature. Our
programs are designed specifically to help access inner peace, increase alertness and quiet
confidence whenever you need it - when sitting at your desk, in and during meetings, on the phone,
or whether you're busy applying business analysis or strategic planning.
We believe our training tools become enduring, powerful life skills that awaken appropriate
thinking, responsible action, professionally and personally.

In the continuum of evolution and moving forward, meditation in the 21st century is not a detached
mechanical routine, nor an archaic frozen method to transcend being human, rather, it's a way to
flourish in our authentic self.
A background in the Oriental Healing and Intuitive Arts, Body Work, Soul Centred
Psychotherapy, Jungian Analysis, Dream work, Chi Gong, Yoga, Ecstatic Trance Dance, Thought Field
Therapy, and several years of part time actor training, VCA, have dynamicly infused her
approach to living and teaching meditation for the 21st century.
